Overview

I’m experienced in many modalities of mind-body holistic bodywork, especially assisted stretching over the last 13 years. I suggest requesting assisted stretch therapy for mobility and flexibility, or a bodywork session for relaxation and renewal. Both are all inclusive (massage, stretching & energy work). I am an integrative Psycho-Structural bodywork therapist and graduate of IPSB, Certified Holistic Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher with ThaiVedic, Certified level II in Reiki
